We can’t wait to welcome you to Willow Creek! Whether you’re traveling from down the road or coming in from out of town, here’s everything you need to know to find us and arrive comfortably.
As you make your way toward the venue, keep an eye out for our long black fence along the highway, an antique truck at the entrance, and Willow Creek signage. When you arrive, you’ll enter through our Willow Creek gate.
Parking
We have plenty of parking available for guests, family members, and wedding professionals. The map below highlights suggested parking areas for each group based on the venue coordinator’s recommendations.
Arriving at the Venue
We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled. The large white building is our reception hall, but please check with the couple or their family before entering, as many couples choose to keep the reception space a surprise until after the ceremony.
Prepare Ahead of Time
Cell service can be limited in some areas surrounding the venue. We recommend pulling up your directions before leaving your hotel or downloading an offline map so you can make the trip to Willow Creek without interruption.
And most importantly, don’t worry if you’re visiting us for the first time! Keep an eye out for our Willow Creek signs and gate, and you’ll know you’re in the right place. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
